Junior Data Analyst – Vehicle Insights

About the Role:
Join our Vehicle Insights team to help make sense of complex automotive data and empower smarter decisions. Analyze large datasets, build reports, and uncover trends that inform our partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and organize raw vehicle data

  • Create dashboards/visualizations (Tableau, Power BI)

  • Collaborate with data scientists to enhance data reporting

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis for various stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Statistics, Math, or related field

  • Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel

  • Bonus: Familiarity with Python or R

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

UX/UI Designer – Product Experience

Location: Columbia, MO or Remote
Department: Product & Design

About the Role:
We’re seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive digital experiences across our platforms. Work on high-impact projects and help shape how users interact with InCarChecks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces

  • Partner with product and dev teams to implement features

  • Conduct usability tests and iterate on user feedback

  • Maintain and expand our design system

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of UX/UI design experience

  • Skilled with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar

  • Strong UX and visual design portfolio

  • Understanding of responsive design & accessibility


 

IT Support Specialist – Internal Systems

Location: London, Ontario (Hybrid)
Department: Product & Design

About the Role:
As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll keep our internal systems running smoothly. From solving tech issues to supporting remote collaboration tools, you’ll be critical to team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve help desk tickets

  • Set up hardware and accounts for new employees

  • Track and manage IT inventory

  • Support tools like Zoom, Teams, etc.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years in IT support

  • Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and networking basics

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Bonus: CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications
